Ingredients include a less absorbable magnesium
I should have looked at the pictures more carefully. I got it because it was as highly rated, but I noticed many of the ratings don’t have comments, which now seems suspicious. I thought this was magnesium glycinate l, and I liked that it was only 2 capsules instead of 4 like other brands I have used. After using it for a while, I noticed that this product is a blend of magnesium glycinate and magnesium oxide. The label doesn’t list the proportions for each, and oxide is a cheaper, less absorbable form of magnesium. For all I know, this product could be mostly oxide. Fortunately, it didn’t upset my stomach or cause any other issues. I won’t be purchasing this again. It’s concerning that they don’t list the amounts of the different magnesium.31 users found this review helpful. - gloria EVerified purchaseReviewed 11 months ago0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on Healthy Directions

No magnesium ratio information
I bought this product 3 days ago. I was please that it had the fully recommended dose of mag which is 420 for men. However, I didn't read the full list of ingredients. This contains glycinate and oxide. My stomach becomes painful after taking the 2 pills. I believe the oxide is the culprit. I would like to know how much glycinate and oxide make up this complex.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on Healthy Directions
