Don’t waste your money
Typically I like Dr. Scholl’s products but in this I didn’t! These don’t stick very long at all, matter of fact, they didn’t stick after several hours!! No sticking capability

A waste of money!!!
Do not waste your money on this product. It's nearly impossible to get it placed correctly and, if you do, it won't stay in place. The adhesive doesnt hold it in place and after using it for less than a week. The adhesive was completely gone. Will not stick to my insert.
