Being on your feet all day can lead to aches and pains in your feet and lower body. A major cause is the impact of your feet hitting the ground and the shock that travels up your leg with every step. Dr. Scholl's® Custom Fit® Orthotics are a 5-in-1 solution clinically proven to provide immediate and all-day relief of 5 lower body pains caused by being on your feet: achy feet, knees, lower back, plantar fasciitis and heels. Step on a Custom Fit® Kiosk to get our Custom Fit® Orthotics recommendation for you in under 2 minutes. It's fast, free and easy! Based upon your insert product length preference, the kiosk will provide a recommendation for either a 3/4 or full length Custom Fit Orthotic Insert determined by your foot size, arch type and your unique pressure points. The inserts have customized layers of cushioning and arch support systems to best fit your unique feet characteristics. This package contains one pair of Custom Fit® Orthotics Full Length CF 630FL. Dr. Scholl's® has been a trusted brand in foot care since 1904 when Dr. William Mathias Scholl, grandson of a cobbler, launched the company under the name Dr. Scholl Inc.
Directions
1- Remove your shoe's current insoles; replace with custom insert, fabric side up. In the rare case that the insert needs to be trimmed, use the existing insole as a guide, tracing its outline on the bottom of the new insert. 2- Put the insert marked Left and Right in the appropriate shoe. 3- Place the heel cushion of the insert against the back of each shoe. 4- We recommend replacing your Custom Fit® Orthotics every 6-12 months or at the first signs of wear. If your feet are a little snug in the first couple days of wearing your new inserts, this is normal. Please allow up to 1 week for your feet to adapt to the use of the new inserts in your shoes. They are full length so it's important that you remove the insoles that are curently in the shoe. They are designed to fit in most shoes (sneakers, casual shoes, work shoes). They may be too thick or wide for snug-fitting shoes because the inserts are designed with substantial arch support and cushioning for pain relief and comfort.
