Five Stars for the Price
Five stars for the price! I wear liquid eyeliner every day, and I go through it quickly. This eyeliner is a little watery, meaning I have to do each line twice. But it stays on all day for me without issue, unless I were to directly wipe at it. After I take my makeup off at night, I find that I usually have some eyeliner residue beneath my eyes the next day. I actually like the look this creates, and I now consider it part of my aesthetic.
