Hydration drops that leave skin soft smooth and glowing

Super Hydrating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy hydration is right! I layered this product on top of hyaluronic acid and my face was so hydrated and dewy. The iridescence in the product also gave me a nice light glow. Just like all products from Elf it is affordable! The packaging is easy to use as well.
