It’s was barely useable. Half dried out in a sealed package. This is the 3rd or 4th one I’ve had do this to me. Don’t waste your money
I don’t know if the one I bought was just dried out or what, but it seemed like it was dried out. When I just opened it and went to use it, it barely drew. Acting like a dried out sharp marker. Completely hurt my feelings as this could’ve been a great eyeliner pen if it wasn’t so empty. Plan to take back today for sure. cheap and good quality

Eye liner not worth of money
I opened this eyeliner. Tip was very flimsy and liquid was very hard to come out. Had to throw the whole item away. Not worth the money at all. Hope others have better luck with this liner. Unfortunately crappy
I bought this for my birthday this month, and normally I really really love elf cosmetics. But this eyeliner is really bad. It doesn’t stay on I have to go over it multiple times just for it to even look black, I would have rather bought a wet n wild one.
