Water soluble
I am happy to report that the eco gel has always been might go to after I found it. Never flaky always reset by Little spray of water. Not too hard but present.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.

This is one of the worst jobs I’ve ever tried. It’s watery come give absolutely no shape yet sticky and gross. Skip this one and save your money regardless of the savings. Do Not Buy!
AWFUL gel! Tried applying it twice & all you get it the sticky gross feel & absolutely ZERO hold. Whatever positive reviews you might see on this gel are FAKE, incentivized reviews! Just terrible.
