I tried Kegels and they didn't help. I didn't think anything could help me now. But ELITONE works just like it says it would. It is easy to use. I feel stronger, and I really don't worry about leaks anymore. This did nothing for me. I used as directed almost every day for 3 months on high setting, and I saw no improvement. I also started getting UTI's. Not sure if this had anything to do with that though.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
