Healthy morning coffee!!
30 gms of protein and only 150 calories. I add instant coffee to the shake and make it my healthy morning cold coffee! I love the Peach and Strawberry best! Not thick, gritty or sludge. Very low sugar (1gm), and 30 grams of Protein!
