Hi, I am mentioning my review after using it for 2 days. I am having gastric disorder issue and was feeling dull all day. So, someone recommended me to just have this once. Vanilla flavor is great and it gives me instant result in two days only. But I started sever gastric issue and immediately stop consuming it. Felling better now. Better save your money!
Not the best nor the worst thing though.
