It is highly effective when left in a bit longer than the 15 minutes recommended. Love the single use disposable drops

I think it works great for people with her without a hearing aid I would recommend for almost anybody that has a buildup of their wax. No scent. It works!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad I got this product and did not know how badly I needed it! I wear a hearing aid and earbuds all day and I think that they push the debris back into my ear canals. This works like a charm and is super easy to do at home. It came with five bikes of the solution and the ear bulb to rinse away. You just put one bike in tilt your head for about 15 minutes and then rinse away the debris. I did not know how much better I can hear after one use of this amazing product! I would recommend it to anyone having issues with stopped up ears. Easy to use!

Eosaera Ear Wax MD even worked on my tiny ear cana
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to test the Eosaera Ear Wax MD Cleaning Kit. This comes with 5 vials earwax dissolving drops and a purple rinsing bulb. The process is easy. Drop solution into your ears, wait 15 minutes gently use the bulb to wash out the wax. I tested it, and wax came out easily. From someone who has small ear canals it worked for me. Effective ear cleaner made for hearing aid users
