I really like this white eyeliner, you can build it, and it does not smudge. Comes off with makeup remover. Please don't ever discontinue/change this
I've been looking for a liquid eyeliner just like this ever since all of my favorite ones have been discontinued. Thank you, I've finally found it, and it's the cheapest one yet! I see that it's available only here and via Ulta, and I hope that's not because it's being discontinued.
