Doesn't work

Not enough product
Maybe this was a dud, but I had enough product for almost one application before it dried out and nothing else came out. This is more of a felt tip liner, versus a brush, if that is important for others to know.{{userCount} users found this review helpful. - LanaReviewed 1 year ago
Quality has dropped in the last 3 months
I used to love this waterproof eyeliner but now the quality is dramatically worse and the peice increased. You cant colour over and the eyeliner is watery and not black anymore. It also bleeds. essence Eye Makeup is the BEST!
I've been using essence eyeliner mascara and eyeliner for 5+ years. I love it and the cost is awesome. I love being able to go to CVS for my next purchase of whatever essence product I need.
