The new formula does not work as well as the old formula. I used it to protect my skin but it no longer helps. I don’t know if the new formula has the colloidal oatmeal skin protectant or not but it’s that skin protectant that seems to be missing. Changed formula :(
I have a rare form of cancer that causes severe skin dryness. For years, this Eucerin moisturizer was the only product that provided real relief, and I became a loyal customer. Unfortunately, the recent formula change has been devastating. I was hopeful it was just updated packaging, but the difference is unmistakable. The new formula simply doesn't work the same way. It's not as thick or as moisturizing. I'm now searching stores to stock up on any remaining old formula products. After years of finding something that worked, I'm heartbroken at the prospect of having to start over with a new moisturizer search. Changed formula
I was a big fan of this until the recent obvious formula change. While only a packaging change was stated, I can feel that it has become much less thick and less effective. It was the only thing that helped my eczema prone skin, and now it is no longer working. Non-stinging, hydrating cream
Was searching for a cream that is good value relative to its size, as well as one that would help the eczema on my face. While many creams sting my face, this one has not stung at all, even with the addition of my cosrx and roundlab toner and serum.
