It really worked!
I was dealing with Fecal Impaction. I used this and it relieved the problem. It took longer two hours, I guess it depends on the person. If you are still straining, it’s not ready! Give it time to work, walk around, high knees, Chinese squat, swaying both legs(one at a time) from side to side, movement is key, and drink water. I sat on that toilet and boom.
