Helps with gas

I suffer from so many gastrointestinal issues like bloating, gas, and constipation. I still feel like this isn't enough time to give an honest review. When I first started the supplement, I was having very loose stools. I continued taking it and it seems to be better now. I feel like it is helping because I seem to be going more regularly.
