Multiple benefits
I just started taking these . They are gummies very good flavor easy to take . There is no after taste basically its like eating a candy gummie. I got them because they were a prebiotic plus helps with gas , bloat and break down of food . I have been taking Florastor for about 4 months, and the change is dramatic - not perfect, but enough to give me a normal and fun life back. My gut does not rule my day, week or month any more. I noticed my digestion feels a lot better less bloating and my stomach doesn’t feel as heavy after meals I also like that it’s got metabolic support too so it feels like I’m getting a little extra boost without having to take a ton of different things.
