$20 headache
Had an older model and loved it but this new model is a complete miss. A $20 facial device should not need an app downloaded or a registered account in order for it to turn on. Ridiculous. The app even wanted me to upload a receipt of proof of purchase. This amount of technology is not needed. Would not recommend.{{userCount} users found this review helpful. - Reviewed 7 months agoMeets expectationsOut of 5
Waste had it for less than a month and it stopped
Had it for less than a month and it stopped working now I see why it was only $18. I truly did like the product but to only use it for three weeks.{{userCount} users found this review helpful. - Yes, I recommendJamieReviewed 10 months agoEasy to useOut of 5Long lastingOut of 5Value Out of 5Meets expectationsOut of 5Quality Out of 5
Not rechargeable
I missed that it was 300 uses and then toss in the garbage, I thought it was 300 uses per charge... my bad for misunderstanding that. However, that is what it is. Feels wasteful. So if you use these guys twice a day, expect to replace them in about 5 months. I can't help but think of the times I accidentally hit the button playing around with it and wasting battery life. Anyhow, I do like this but I would recommend spending the extra money for the rechargeable Luna 4 Play, even though it doesn't have the face measuring sensors for level of dryness I don't feel that's a huge selling point. I'm happy I purchased both, having expected to give some of these "smart" ones as gifts. Instead, I'm returning the excess.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
