Buyer needs to be aware. I was very disappointed in this product. I bought it about 6 weeks ago and only used it about 3 times. It was great those first 3 times. I never put in the microwave for more than 3 minutes. I tried to use it yesterday and when I went to get it out of my microwave all the beads had fell out. The wrap had holes in it. This is very poor quality. I had to throw it away. I wish I would have kept my receipt. Gaiam usually has excellent products. Caught on fire
I just got this in today, I was excited to try. At the 2 min mark in the microwave, it caught on fire. When I pulled it out, it spilled the fillings on my toes and burned me. The directions said to microwave for 3 mins, do not exceed 4 mins. It barely made it to two.{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
