I purchased 7 sets for my martial arts class, for my students to use for leg exercises. The exercises were not too drastic they just involved leg lifts and resistance training and light jogging in place. The ankle weights did not hold up too long. The iron that is in the weights started to fall out of 3 of the 7 sets, I just matched up the ones that did not leak to each other. The ones that did leak I am trying to see if I can find a way to repair them. I am just waiting for the others to start leaking. It’s too bulky
I opened the box and saw this bulky made weights and knew right away that this is not the one for me. It’s made of good material but I have to have ankle weights that’s not this bulky. False Advertising
This "pair of 5-pound ankle weights" are really just two 2-1/2 pound ankle weights. Silly me, I thought I was getting stronger! Very disappointed that they deceive the consumer.
