Plantar fasciitis pain
I went to my PT complaining of plantar fasciitis. My heel was burning in pain. PT massaged my calf and they pain was manageable. Since I can only visit the PT once a week, I needed something for me to do on my own. Massaging my calf with the roller has helped a lot with the pain.
