you get what you pay for

Works great!
This roller works better than any other I've tried. Good for the back, legs, and even I've menaged to use it on my arms by holding it with the other arm and the leg! The balls and knobs are the right size, so it's both effective and pleasant. The Best Fascia Roller I've Found
At first I thought the spikes would be painful but I find this much less painful than other tools my Physical Therapist has used. This product for me bar none has effectively broken up fascia adhesions. I was a little hesitant to purchase this pressure point massager, but after reading the reviews I decided to go ahead and do so. I am so glad that I did! I can instantly feel it increase my blood flow and the best way I can describe the sensation is like a bunch of gentle tiny points tingling on my back.
