hard in a good way
Bought this when I pulled a muscle in my back and think the added circulation may have speeder recovery. Not for the faint hearted though as it's hard. Definitely use it against a wall rather than the floor. Should not be called a roller
I thought this was one of those items you put under your back and lay down on it. As you relax it is more comfortable. That is what I have been doing with it and it has helped my lower back pain. I have a big, hard "Rumble Roller" for rolling up and down my spine but I think this gaiam item serves a different purpose. It was very painful to lay on but I could slowly feel my muscles relax.
