It would be so much better if the bands were not so wide. I need to use a band to place around my big toes to stretch them out. Maybe, you could make some that are not so wide so that an exercise such as that could be accomplished(I may not be the only one who has this type of trouble). The page of the exercises are great. I was disappointed that the hardest band was not challenging my hips/thighs. I bought these per my physical therapist but it turned out I needed a stronger, harder band. Wrong sizes
This was supposed to come with three different sized bands. Instead it came with two light and one heavy. No medium. Not worth the hassle to return, but wouldn’t purchase again{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
