Well when my item didn't come. It was partial the rest of shampoo busted and was on box after being repackaged in a bad way. Used to having CVS packaging tape. At least they could start bubble wrapping each item before putting in the box. Probably won't bust. Best shampoo ever
This 100% helped my hair. My ends and middles of my hair are pretty fry but after using this it felt so soft and very shiny too. I have pretty thick long hair.
