If I could give it a 0 stars I would. Cringe path; from BRASS to CLASS!!
I’ve bleached my hair since I was 15; it’s been every shade under the sun! Over the past year, my hair seemed to end up SUPER BRASSY! A shade of sun I hope NEVER to wear again!! ! True, my natural hair color was Ash blonde, but it has strawberry blonde undertones. I read up on Olia B+++ Blonde, & gave it a try. ( I was impressed by the ingredients, & focus on hair health! My hair is damaged, so I waited 10 weeks before using your color…) W0W! The outcome was more than I hoped for! My hair wasn’t BRASSY, but white-blonde; it felt healthier & the shine drew compliments everywhere I’ve gone! A Colorist followed me through the store, & asked if I knew what shade, color or toner was used to get such shine! I told her Olia by Garnisr…I’m not sure she believed me! By far, my grown son, whom I thought didnt notice whether I was BALD or Rapunzel, took me shopping. Standing line to check out, he whispered, “ Mom, is that a wig? If it is, I love it….& I bet you paid a fortune for it; it looks SOO REAL!” Needless to sAy, he insisted on trying to pull it off, my head, once home! That’s my boy! Thanks for the chance to share my experience🤭! I ’I admit, the most difficult thing for me, was knowing when to rinse the color out! ( yes, even AFTER the swatch test!) I read a comment or two, about brassy results: seemed to me, perhaps they didn’t allow the color to develop long enough. My whole head application took 12 minutes, & I left it on for 44 minutes! it's okay.

Not for novices...
Even though my experience is more of a one-star, I do believe it at least merits 3 stars- maybe even 4 if you are an ideal candidate. I was not. Perhaps if they included a bit more product, or if I had bought two boxes, the end result would have come out much better?? I had always gone (thanks to Groupon) to hair salons to dye my hair- always trying to go a bit lighter than my light to medium brown hair. But, as everyone knows- everything is so expensive these days, that even Groupon has become to expensive to fit inside my tight budget. So several months ago- nearly a year ago, I had my friend dye my hair using my first time ever, store bought hair color, which came out ok. Now, being my grays were starting to bother me, I decided to try this product. Being at the salon and the time my friend dyed my hair, I only ever needed one box, makes me think Garnier does not give enough product- I don't have that much hair, and the hair I do have is baby fine. Anyhow, after reading reviews I was excited to try it... my smile quickly faded and now I don't know how to fix the awful mistake I've committed against myself!😱😭 I blame this on my naivete and ignorance mostly. But even still... though it may not have come out evenly- the color makes me look like a factory defective Barbie doll, and the feel (after conditioning and leaving it in for 5+ minutes) and lightly blow drying it, is like a USED factory defective Barbie doll! In the end, yes, my husband and I are novice... amateurs who shouldn't play with fire for I totally got burned- hence one star experience for me (and now I have to get the funds together to try and correct this tragic mistake). However, 3 stars goes to the product for not enough product, for effect it had on my hair (dryer out) and "fake looking" blonde effect, but the lift it has and that it doesn't have ammonia. With this said, buy and try at your own risk...
