I have been searching for an effective eye makeup remover ever since Neutrogena stopped making their eye makeup remover cream in a tube and had many disappointments. From what I understand, Garnier pioneered micellar water, so I thought I'd try it. This Rose Water and Glycerin formulation was recommended for dry skin, which I have. It works better than anything since the old eye cream. It takes a few swipes with a cosmetic pad, but it gets all my non-waterproof mascara off and leaves no residue. Great Product
This Garnier Skin Active Cleansing Water is a great product. I regularly use CeraVe's Micellar Water, and I bought the Garnier Cleansing Water because the CeraVe brand was sold out. Needless to say, I liked the Garnier Water just as good. The Rose Water scent is just the perfect amount; that's pleasant and not overwhelming. It is also more affordable than the CeraVe Water. Rash breakout
Left my face completely red, tingled, burned, rash breakout all over I had bumps. Terrible product, I’m itching all over my face. Would not recommend!Reply from Garnierusa.com5 months agoHello! My favorite micellar water
This removes makeup, cleanses my face, and leaves it mildly moisturized. There is no weird smell or residue. I can use it close to my eyes with no stinging or problems. Burning eyes horrible product.
Absolutely awful. I could barely use because it burned my own eyes but bought a huge bottle of it. It’s not unusual I’m sensitive to things so I gave it to one of my friends. AND MY FRIEND had a horrible reaction to it where it burned her eyes and made her eyes puffy the next morning and extremely red! Horrible product.
