I really enjoy the Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Squares - WHEN they are not squashed in the bag. First three are all broken and I'm not anyone who wants to lick a caramel square wrapper - the whole idea is to open a square (why do you make THAT so difficult??) and enjoy a treat. Pretty sure I know what is happening as I purchased this product many times. Either the store personnel is not properly placing the package on the shelves OR the store uses some company to stock your candy. Bottom line is you cannot "jam" these Squares on the shelf. What a waste - why buy these again? Plus your form says we can submit photos which I have and your form does not allow me to upload the photos. Do disappointed X 2. You do a GREAT job with your terms and conditions - personally pretty overboard in my opinion. So if you want pictures just let me know. Mention to your IT department that they should fix the remarks to also allow backspacing with a cursor.. Not great!

Ghirardelli’s never disappoints
These are great when you need a sugar fix, very rich and creamy texture with just the right amount of sea salt.
