Great pan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a loaf pan, pretty straight forward right? Wrong! As someone who likes to eat, and to cook, bad kitchen gear is incredibly frustrating. Good non-stick equipment greatly reduces the cleanup time of a big meal or baking session. I like that this works well for cooking, and after cooking banana bread and other stuff it is easy to clean. It's simple to use, and simple to clean, and that makes it perfect. If your kitchen stuff is working well you barely notice it's even there, and that's what this does. It works so well you don't even remember it's there. Perfect!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy baking bread again using the GoodCook Premium Non-stick Loaf Pan! I no longer have to grease my loaf pan or even use a touch of cooking spray. Using the GoodCook Premium Non-Stick Loaf Pan cooks bread perfectly and loaf slides out, no sticking or bread breaking apart when removed from the loaf pan. It comes clean just using soap and water, no scrubbing! Great Non-Stick

Excellent Size and Shape!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bread pans exist in a variety of sizes nowadays, but there was once only one standard size bread pan: it measured roughly 9" x 5" x 2 1/2". Most older recipes and antique cookbooks thought you'd be using this size pan. As a general guideline, this is the right size pan for any single-loaf yeast bread recipe that calls for 312 to 4 cups of white flour. This pan's strong, no-seam design and outstanding nonstick coating set it apart from the competition. Even baking is achieved because to the strong wall structure. Because of the nonstick coating and diamond pattern on the bottom, the bread actually falls out of the pan after baking. There is no need for oil or grease. Of all of my bread / loaf pans, and I have many, this is the best of the bunch!
