It works
got it on sale just before major storm..It was dead when i opened the box and the button fell inside the case..But i charged it anyway.. It worked fine. House power did go out for two days and it kept Kindle and phone alive. Their customer service dept is very responsive ..(like same day!){{userCount} users found this review helpful. - Reviewed 4 years agoYes, I recommend{{userCount} users found this review helpful.

Disappointed
I bought this and retuned. Had to connect another in pachased wire to use charger. Very non user friendly. Plus after I only get sent a 32 Pct off coupon instead of the 40 percent discount coupon. Very hurt by this{{userCount} users found this review helpful.
