I have used this product for many years. It has been great! However recently I notice that now, the brush breaks off after only a few uses. I'm hoping this is just a temporary issue and not some money saving, corner cutting tactic o r some ploy to get people to buy the product more often. Lowered the quality
When I first tried these several years ago the length of the brush was about twice as long and the gauge of the stem was a lot heavier. Now they are half the length and half the thickness so they bend and break so easily. Too risky could break and cause issues.
Received sample from my dentist. Happened to be the “tight” brush for narrow teeth gap. I had great difficulty getting it between teeth. Once through the gap, grinding noise of the metal holding the bristles was making a sawing noise. Pulled it out and found it was bent. Felt I was risking getting a piece of metal in my mouth.
