These are terrible. Don’t waste the money. They are uncomfortable because the padding cuts off in the middle of your butt so it feels like you are wearing a diaper and you can see the line were the padding stops through your clothes if they are tight. No leaks!

The gusset is long, which is good for all types of light leaks. It is on the thicker side for a good reason.
