We recommend that you discontinue use of this product and reach out for further assistance. Regarding the dryness and frizz, that can sometimes happen if hair isn’t conditioned properly. We suggest letting your conditioner sit for at least 5 minutes before rinsing — it really makes a difference! Also, try washing your hair thoroughly to avoid any leftover product, which can cause that oily feel. If you're looking for a little extra moisture, a hair treatment a few times a week, or a leave-in conditioner might do wonders! And if your current conditioner isn’t quite doing the job, consider finding one that’s more moisturizing.
