The adhesive was too strong and very painful to take the tape off. This stuff actually works and helps relieve the pain for me to be able and do my daily activities that I would normally be doing. Yes it is works but the adhesive is horrible
I think all kinesiology tape brands work but I believe the OG KT tape is superior. Heali’s adhesive is more like packing tape. Also, comes off easily if you cut the strips. You have to use alcohol to remove but if you leave on longer than a day…good luck. I scrubbed with a pumice stone & there’s still residual marks & adhesive. I rubbed my back raw so now it hurts. Used by a young athlete
I bought Heali in response to my 12 year old son going through some growing pains. He had started to use a brace on the knee that was restrictive and did nothing for the pain. Heali answered both issues! The tape was effective in reducing/eliminating the growing pains and allowed for full and normal range of motion.
