Does exactly what it says

Not working. Problems with application.
After 3 weeks, I see no difference at all. I don't like that it can't be used under makeup as it stays sticky, and makeup sticks to the spots where used, looking terrible. I had to wash the product off my face and reapply my makeup. Works great!

Should’ve never gotten rid of the lightening wand
