I'm a huge fan of Hershey's Kisses, but this bag really missed the mark. First of all, the chocolate itself is discolored and powdery like the chocolate was put through poor temperature control. In addition, the Kisses are misshapen, again pointing to being mishandled in temperature (melted then re-hardened). There were also several squished wrappers-only (no chocolate in it). And there was also a regular silver Kiss in the bunch.
