These seem to work well, BUT know that they are NOT "Citrus+Berry" flavor. Definitely better tasting and texture than other big box brands I've tried for supplements. My nutritionist focuses on the importance of fiber and it's convenient plus a little treat to start my day. Cavity maker
I bought this product a few weeks ago. A serving size is 3...they have sugar and are gummies so it's like signing up for cavities. The taste isn't bad but very sweet. They gave me a horrible stomach ache and awful gas, but that's par for the course with fiber. They're expensive.
