The application is easy.

Easy quick pain relief
I like this product a lot and have been using it for a while now. I remember my parents using this growing up so it’s a tried and trusted product that works. It’s not greasy and dries down quickly. Very efficient for pain. Absorbs quickly and works immediately. Be careful when applying not to over use it or get on sensitive areas. Icy, hot original ice, hot therapy go on
Icy hot no mess roll on original pain relief this one’s a 2.5 ounce applicator easy to put on by yourself. No need for help. I was able to do it on my neck and everything. It’s a cooling sensation and it heats up later. There’s a dries clear I like that about that I don’t like the mess usually they have it. It’s 16% menthol and it’s the icy hot therapy.
