Must have for pain!!

This product is great for muscle soreness
This is super helpful when you have sore muscles. I find that using it when you have sore muscles prior to working out helps to ease muscle pain later. Never got warm
This new age icy hot isn't the same. I've put on two patches and it never got hot, all I feel is cold.
