This real view isn’t so much about the product, but about the lack of customer service I received from CVS. So let’s see if this review gets their attention. After receiving this product and not noticing that it was cracked as I went to take off the protective seal, I sliced open my thumb blood dripping everywhere. Called CVS, all they offered was a refund and nothing more, told me to write an email to CVS customer care, which I did almost a week ago and haven’t heard back from anyone. Disappointed.
