I have used ivory soap bars ever since I was a very small child and they have smelled so good and I did not use another soap besides this. This soap smells so hideous. It smells like something rotten. I just bought four bars of it. I won’t even put this on my dog. It smells like it is rancid. I can’t believe that y’all have it to where it won’t even float anymore and you’ve gone to plant-based stuff. How awful. No more ivory in my future. Not fit to use. Garbage bar,
Why would you even think of changing the formula of one of the oldest classics out there? Ivory soap was never an over drying soap. UNTIL NOW! P&G went and changed up the stand by go to bar when the money is tight. The Nuclear holocaust soap. The one that can be made into laundry detergent by adding a little borax. This bar is a CLASSIC that should never have been changed. I hope this ends up being a "new Coke" and "Coke Classic" thing, and not a permanent change!
