Aweful
I have been using this frizz ease for years. I loved it but the formula has been changed for the worse! It’s fine to change the look of the bottle but why did you have to change the formula? It’s terrible,this doesn’t stop the frizz anymore! Just put it back like it was. Why would you do this!! It was awesome just like it was! Will never buy John Frieda again. New formula #FAIL
I have been using this product for years. I will not be purchasing it again. The "new formula" is awful. I used to depend on this to calm frizz and leave my hair shiny and smooth. The new formula is heavy, and leaves my hair looking very daily and unkempt with no shine, just straw like texture. So disappointed. Let me know when you revert to the old formula. Go back to old formula!!
Be formula has horrible smell! I have been using this product for years and loved it. My recent purchase in June 2026 note "same product, new packaging" - that cannot be true. I have some left over in old packaging and compare the scent. Old packaging has very faint but not unpleasant scent. Be packaging is terrible strong smell. New formula

Smells Horrible - Bring Back Old Formula
This has been my favorite hair product for almost 10 years. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve bought it. It was a great price and my hair did so well with it. UNTIL NOW. The new formula smells terrible and overpowers the smell of my shampoo and does not mix well with my perfume. “Salon quality fragrance” is laughable. I wouldn’t intentionally use anything with this scent. Sadly, I will have to look for a new leave-in conditioner. I would have given my last bottle five stars, but now I can’t justify my than one. New formula is gross
