I like this tea because it has a higher caffeine content than other sweetened teas, while containing fewer calories. The best thing is the tea is sweetened with natural sugar rather than high fructose syrup or artificial sweeteners. It is mildy sweetened so that you don't feel like you are drinking syrup.
