Misleading consumers
This product is a dry, matte, no shine lipstick. Because the product was mis named, I bought it thinking I was going to be getting a creamy, buttery, hydrating, moisturizing lipstick with a shiny finish. I wasted my money on a product I have no interest in, and quite frankly, I'm really disappointed and upset. If they had just labeled this 'dry matte lipstick, matte finish, no shine' then I would never have purchased it and I would still have a good opinion of this company. If you are going to create a dry matte lipstick, do NOT call it 'marshmallow butter'.
