Bought the wide blister prevention strips, anticipating to use them on my upcoming 100 mile trail race. Tried them on a training run and by mile 23 they completely peeled up into little rolls. This is the best blister
This is the best blister prevention ever. I walk several miles 3-4 times a week and wear this tape every time on my heels and insteps. The tape is very comfortable. I never get blisters.
