More like a mineral powder
Great powder to be used alone or under a very light CC cream or BB cream. Texture is almost like a mineral powder, where it’s thicker and harder to blend if you have on a liquid foundation underneath. Also the color payoff gets lighter as you apply to your skin, again also like mineral powder ….
