I was a little taken back at first by the texture. It’s a powder when you apply it, it turns wet. Once applied it dries. As it dries it sets your makeup. My makeup does in fact stay set all day. And I don’t feel the need to reapply. It mattifies and softly blurs the skin without dryness. I usually use a brush for light setting all over, then use a puff on the areas that tend to get shiny when I need more oil control. Super cool product
I received the LA Girl H2O Lock Hydrating Setting Powder in the color translucent. I have only used it twice so far, but this isn't really for me. It is hydrating and feels really neat going on. It actually feels wet. Unfortunately it took off my foundation. I will have to play with it more. I think it would be the perfect fit for someone who wears powder only. It was very hydrating. I am a full glam girl who wears all the things. I am excited to try this on a no makeup, makeup day. This is a cool product, just not for me. This was gifted by L.A. Great setting powder
I really like using this setting powder. I applied it with a big powder brush and tapped the powder into the lid. It did not crease and it was not cakey. Wet powder!
This powder has such a unique hydrating, almost wet feel even though it’s a powder. It still mattifies and softly blurs my skin, but not as intensely as a regular setting powder, so my makeup still looks fresh instead of dry or cakey.
