This eyeliner pencil twists up and down easily and glides on smoothly. It stays put all day even in the summer heat. Great eyeliner
This eyeliner so far I find “the best” bc it glide perfectly as I draw over my eye lids and stay on for long hours. The ink is not too soft, too hard or too dried. This eyeliner is one of the best I have tried so far for under 10 dollars. Its got great pigment and is smooth and easy to apply. It bothered my eyes, made the itchy and red.
It was a pretty painful experience.
