I was using snap on small pads with a black absorbant center, but kept getting UTI's after Gall Bladder surgery, so decided to continue, but added the small stick-on-pads so that I can be aware of any leakage & it has worked really well so far, which means less -0- Urgent Care Visits for antibiotics so far! Not Sticky Enough

Pretty Bad
These are some of the worst pads I've had, I'm sorry. It's leaking technology os just awful, especially for heavy flow. The design of the wings and bottom area coverage for heavy flow is also awful. Great just need to be individually labeled
