Comparable to luxury brands
I used to be a Sephora rouge member and this year I stepped into a CVS to see if I can save money. CVS gives shoppers incentive to shop with their CRTs, extrabucks promotion , and coupons. I found this on a great sale and I’m so happy with the product.
